Cody’s Recruiting Background

Cody recently led Talent Acquisition at SunPower, and served as the Head of Talent Acquisition for ThoughtWorks. Before that he led Recruiting for Rackspace. Prior to joining Rackspace, he was a staffing leader in the Microsoft’s Windows and Windows Live group.

Cody served as the Director of Campus and Diversity Recruiting for Walmart where he championed virtual interviewing, innovative diversity recruiting efforts and an enterprise approach to college recruiting.

Prior to Walmart, he led the Diversity Recruiting and University Relations team at Dell. Previously, he managed the talent acquisition team supporting Dell Global Services. Before joining Dell, Cody was the National Diversity Recruiting Manager for Deloitte Services LP and was responsible for creating and implementing recruiting strategies for building a more diverse and inclusive workforce.
